Seltertech is part of Gustav Selter GmbH & Co. KG, which has been producing knitting needles and crochet hooks in Germany since 1829.

With its own machinery consisting of more than 60 different machines, a white bronze electroplating plant newly erected in 2016 and a newly erected waste water plant, more than 4 million knitting needles and crochet hooks are produced per year on a production area of around 8,000 m² with 150 employees.

Seltertech is a specialist in non-cutting forming of diameters up to 15 mm, especially of pipes on automatic hammers and reducers. It can polish, emboss and punch, the latter mainly in small series production. It masters white bronzing, especially of brass products, and works with marking lasers.

As an engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, Ms. Deutschmann is in charge of the entire production and assembly process and has trained herself excellently in just a few weeks. It ensures the right structures, the logistical processes and ensures that production runs smoothly and our very high quality standards are maintained. She also develops solutions for new products. With the whole team, she guarantees outstanding products and reliable service when you entrust us with your products and orders.

Technical Project Manager
The development and construction of new products and machines as well as the maintenance and revision of existing machines is in the hands of Mr. Kirmes. He has in-depth knowledge of the technology for our production processes and develops solutions for new products.

Andreas Feldmann

Head of Galvanic Processes
As electroplating master and electroplating technician, Mr. Feldmann and his team take care of the electroplating processes, the maintenance of quality in the coating process and the further expansion of electroplating.
